first time since i missed it last year.

started off 2011 with around ten months filled with love, laughter, joy, happiness and sadness.
despite all that has happened, i'm really grateful for having you in my life. (:

never have i gotten so pissed before with ANY service before.
i've called 1627 for dont know how many times till i can even memorise the numbers to press.
and not forgetting i went down to paragon FOUR times in ten days.

the first time i changed, the phone has another person's apple id inside.
BEWARE PEOPLE. do double check that all datas have ben erased as this's proof that your privacy is NOT secured.
battery life was even worse than before.
called 1627 and the manaager arranged for me to head down again.

second time i went down, i notified the person that perhaps my sim card also had problems as it cantbe so coincidental that both phones have the same problems right.
confidently, he rejected ime flatly by saying its definitely an iphone problem.

a week passed and e problem kept recurring.
i phoned 1627 once again and requested for the same manager that helped me the first time.
e lady on e line said the manager will call me back.
after 3.5 hours of no news, i called them again!
this time, they told me she was on leave till 15th April!
WOW. they couldve told me that in e first place instead of wasting my time.
after repeating my entire story for e 1234567 time, e guy insisted on transferring me to troubleshooting team.
whoohoo, whille transferring, my line got cut off. again.
and thn i called in for the third time in te SAME day within a span of four hours?
this time, the guy cut short by saying he'll send me a new sim card.
see, that saves lotsa time doesnt it?
Then i realised i couldn't 'unlock' my phone no matter how many times i swipe the 'unlock' button.
i headed down to paragon, again. third time.
e guy check check check and said i've to pay $328 cos my phone had cracks.
i had a shock lah. like wtf? i changed my iphone for only a week and i hadn't dropped it.
e next thing i knewit had a crack?!?
i mean, i do admit that it was my fault for not doing a thorough check in the first place.
but, i was in a rush right?
who'd have the patience sitting at e stupid shop which youve been visiting for e past few days.
you just wana get things over and done with.
not wanting to pay, we called 1627. again!
super pissed alr.
oh oh. and after the miracle hands of e guy at e shop who checked my iphone touch it, my iphone cannot even receive calls!
before i reached m1, i was still on e phone.
the guy's miracle hands made it worse!
and when we complained to the manager, he kinda like hinted that we were lying as we can't verify that happened.
hello, you can simply log into the system and check right?
or, you're trying to tell me that m1's coverage sucks big time.
after talking, he decided to give us $200 rebate outta goodwill. wow~

and so today i went down to paragon again. fourth time.
happily come home wana restore backup, the message came out saying that they're unable to do so as my new iphone's software is not as updated as e one i backed up. double wtf can.
i paid fcuking $328 and e software is not e latest!? what nonsense is this.
icalled 1627 again! and the troubleshooting team guy said he COULDNT assist me.
why be part of e troubleshooting team when you cant assist me?
keep insisting i call apple directly.
might as well go home and sleep instead since ur of no help.
to make things worse, the new sim card that they deliver could not be activated cos the lady sad that its not registered.
this's a joke man. m1 is trying to tug at my big fat leg.
1. sending me a sim card that is not registered. so, why send?
2. making me pay fcuking $328 for something i didnt do to only realise that the software is backdated.
i just gota resign to fate and admit that i'm fcuking suay!! but this also shows that m1 is super inefficient.
waste my time travelling and my money buying screen protectors every single time they change my iphone.
and since people always say time = money, with NO thanks to people like m1, i know why im so poor now.
